Conjunction (and)
Any two propositions P and Q can be conjoined, producing the new, complex, proposition:
P and Q
The proposition P and Q is true if and only if both P and Q are true. It is false otherwise.

Examples
“Experts and studies agree vaccination against COVID-19 provide safer and better protection over natural immunity.” Damage control. Note the phrase “safer and better.” “Better” alone would be a clear falsehood (though you can always find an expert and study somewhat to support a falsehood).
